please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
the request must be received no later than 14 days from the date you received the artwork
for work that arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage so we can learn what went wrong
the artwork must be received by us in the same condition as it arrived, and in appropriate packaging—ideally in its original packaging
if the packaging was insufficient, please repackage to the best of your ability
you have 14 days from receipt in which to request a return
once we receive the return shipment, we will contact you to discuss your refund, credit or replacement.
